Managing the community’s finances is a big part of the executive director’s role. This course provides an introduction to budgeting, financial statements, and financial terminology to provide a foundation for further development on this subject.

This course is Module 8 in the Executive Director of Assisted Living certificate course. 

After reviewing the following course, you will know:

• Basic financial terminology and practices
• Expense management practices
• The practice of financial accountability
• The importance of a P&L Statement

This course will expire 90 days after purchase. You will lose access to the course content 90 days after it is purchased.
