This course is Module 4 in the Executive Director of Assisted Living certificate course.

After reviewing the following course, you will:

• Understand the importance of strategic planning and the execution of these plans
• Understand how to handle incidents and accidents that occur and the importance of having a crisis communication plan
• Understand the importance of regulatory compliance

This course will expire 90 days after purchase. You will lose access to the course content 90 days after it is purchased.
