This course is Module 3 in the Executive Director of Assisted Living certificate course.

After reviewing the following course, you will:
• Know the importance of customer feedback
• Be able to use strategies that support a positive Customer Experience
• Know how to include and empower staff for enhanced customer experiences
• Know the importance of setting examples of customer service provision for staff

This course will expire 90 days after purchase. You will lose access to the course content 90 days after it is purchased.
