This course focuses on the aging process and the ways aging affects residents. The course also covers policies and procedures needed to support and provide care to residents in assisted living and memory care services.

This course is Module 2 in the Executive Director of Assisted Living certificate course.

After reviewing the following course, you will:
• Understand how the aging process affects residents
• Understand chronic conditions and the challenges these present for residents
• Understand the scope of duties and tasks for Resident Care Services functions
